Allthough I’ve always been fascinated by horses and I have formerly been going on horse riding holidays or taking riding lessons, I only started seriously with horses in 2012. I was ready for a deepening of my life and a change in profession. I started taking lessons and then began with the teachers training at Terra Natura School for Essential Horse Communication.
The way Terra Natura teaches people to be with horses greatly appeals to me because the starting point is the equality between man and horse. The aim is communication, being in contact and growing on the basis of freedom, body language and authenticity. Thanks to the years at this school I have learned to trust my intuition more and to let go my stubborn resistances. I have become a more powerful and at the same time softer human being.
I can not imagine anything more beautiful than working with horses and people. I feel so happy when a horse that has not been approachable for years due to bad experiences starts to let go of her defences. I deeply enjoy watching her curious, caring and trusting nature emerge. I also greatly enjoy seeing a young pupil growing more independent and watching her deepen her contact with her horse. And seeing how her horse develops more and more true solidity in himself. This is what I want to contribute to, guiding people and horses into a happier life in which trust, softness and inner power become the leading forces.

Since 2000 I have been working as a self-employed garden designer and gardner (www.carolinepluvier.nl), and starting from that background I have pored over possibilities to improve horse meadows based on the Paddock Paradise principle. I am eager to contribute to better living conditions for horses, thus doing justice to their health, and natural and social needs
Besides that I have made a website together with my husband with walks on Pelio, a very beautiful peninsula in Greece where we have been coming for years: www.pilionwalks.com.
